When should I take 8GREENS?
Take them whenever you feel you need them. I take daily fizzy tablets in the morning to get both water and greens. Then I chew on 8Greens skin gummies throughout the day; a great sweet craving replacer.
How often can I take ?
Our nutrition scientist answered it perfectly when she said that no one can overdose of greens. You will simply feel full and satisfied. Some days I take so many 8Greens and some days I will have only one fizzy tablet.
