Ingredients: 1 banana, 225ml hazelnut milk, 1 cup of ice, ½ tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp hazelnut butter, 15g (0.5 oz) Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff, ½ tbsp raw cacao

This salted caramel smoothie is the perfect breakfast choice for a busy morning before school. Deliciously thick, this will keep your little ones full until lunch.
Ingredients: ½ frozen banana, 40g (1.4oz) rolled oats, 3 dates, 175ml almond milk, ½ cup of ice, 1 tbsp almond butter, 15g (0.5oz) Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff, Large pinch of salt (optional).
Nuzest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls
Easy to make and packed full of whole foods, these tasty cookie dough balls are a great snack to have handy.
- Mix 3 tbsp Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff, 60g (2.1oz) oat flour, 120g (4.2oz) peanut butter, 60ml maple syrup, 1 tbsp flaxseed, 1 tbsp milk of choice and 30g (1.05oz) choc chips in a bowl.
2. Scoop 8 x 40g (1.4oz) portions onto a lined tray and roll into balls.
3. Eat straight away or store in the fridge.
